Tough to keep it up, but here it goes
23- Core, I did that, and called teki about it. He already commented on that
24- Kenpo, Completely while in Jamaica. So hard to find an hour to get that on.
25- X stretch. Had no time so did my own Kung Fu stretch routine. Not as intense in the cardio side, but got a stretch on
26- Core- wedding day, didnt have time to do it (MISSED DAY :( )
27- Yoga- 2 hours of yoga is not something you just slip into a day in jamaica. Was able to hit a few poses and stretch, but over all missed it
28- Stretch- Got home, and did it very late, after a day of travel.
So overall I'm proud that I was able to not miss all of them. Granted you have to realize yes I didnt eat healthy, but pretty much Swam, Rock climbed, waterfall climbed, horseback rode, sea kayaked, and all sorts of outdoor stuff. So at least i still got the body moving and groovin. I'm stoked to start this next month hardcore, and I plan on going and getting some good drinks and shakes today from GNC. So lets do this!
