Got through the workout no problem. I can make it through it, i just dont do everything as low as I should yet. I need to start pushing myself a bit harder in the second half of the plyo's. First half i make sure i hit everything pretty low, second half i start burning out my legs a bit, and need to make sure i keep myself deep. So far so good though, 16 days done, and no worries. Definite changes, but need to get on a better diet, and get suppliments to see real results. So gonna get some protein of somesort and some no-explode or something. That's the plan post jamaica. I'm really interested to see what the next month has to hold workout wise.
