so i talked to Mr. Larkin at USF today, he has to do with the admissions into the medical school there. I'm so nervous. I know i have the intelligence to succeed in medschool, but I dont know if on paper I am going to look good enough to get in. I think my best chance is to take the MCAT in april, so that I can apply early admissions at USF, which makes a big difference. However, I am taking orgo 1 next semester, and then orgo 2 in the summer, so that would not fit with the schedual for april mcat.....so..... The plan now is to teach myself orgo 1 right now, take orgo 1 next semester to get the A and the credit, but also be auditing orgo 2 next semester and learning it in order to take the MCAT. It's a beast of a project, and if I dont do well, then i can always not apply early, and take the MCAT again in the fall as I would have orginially. This is getting complicated, and I must admit I'm very nervous. on top of all this I need to start volunteering my arse off. So we shall see how it all turns out I guess a year from now....
