People are continuing to bitch and whine about what the 'A-team' are and aren't doing. Oh noes! We won't answer your inane questions while we're raiding with a DND tag on! Gasp! We're so racist! ... What now? We're racist why? Elitist, sure. But racist? Against what? Your night elf character?
Jr has spent more time helping you whiney bitches level and get your attunments than he has on his own characters! K has spent more time running you dumb fucks through an instance they say is OMG SO FUCKIN HARD than he has grinding so he could pay for all the repairs on his armor from the wipes YOU caused. Fhaete has VERY limited online time. Yet his character was 70 with his attunments BEFORE you idiots got to 65! Nobler and Stem have gotten so ragged over your constant requests that they actually HIDE when online.
Pugging sucks ass, you often get groups that are incompetent. But guess what? The rest of us aren't here for your fucking beck and call. We don't play just to make YOUR lives more pleasant or to hold your hand through every encounter. Get your own damn groups, don't be so freaking afraid to look outside the guild. Also; if you are BELOW 60, do NOT get your panties in a bunch when the 70's don't drop everything they're doing to take you through LBS or BRD.
Karazhan is a 10-man raid. TEN. When FIFTEEN sign up, guess what? We're taking the cream of the crop for the run. You weren't picked, boohoo. Get yourself above the MAIN HEALER in DPS or stop having 40% of the overhealing and we'll rethink that. Only I should have that that much OH, because I'm a fucking SHADOW PRIEST. VE is almost entirely OH. Oh, we harrased you all into rushing to get your attunement and now we're not picking you to go with us? Do you need us to hold your hand to pick a farming group to go in and kill trash? Maybe start your own raid? NEVER! Can't possibly do something proactive!
Bod is the raid officer. Stem is the RL. JR IS NOT A PART OF THE EQUATION. Do NOT go bitching at him in whispers so much that he FUCKING QUITS the raid to escape your nagging. You have chased him out of TWO raids and now he doesn't even want to sign on when it's getting close to raid time because you idiots keep whining about how we're excluding anyone not 'A-team'.
Who out of all the people in the guild have the best gear? The 'A-team'. Who out of all the people in the guild have the most/all the Heroic Keys? The 'A-team'. Who out of all the guild has the best standings in the DPS/Healing charts? The 'A-team'. Who out of all the people in the guild have never complained about not getting walked through an instance? The 'A-team'.
The 'A-team' has put in more effort and time into this guild's success than anyone else. We have learned our characters and the game the best out of all the guild. We are the CL/Officers because of the effort and skill we show.
If you are so damn upset about being left behind when we're exploring new content than get your ass in gear and make yourself 'A-team' material. A rogue recently joined our guild and has had a spot in every single progression raid we've had. He is not a personal friend of ours, most of us have spent no time playing with him before he came to the guild. Some of us actually find him rather annoying, but guess what? He is 'A-team' material.
It isn't because your class/spec are defficient. K respecced for 48 hours and healed through EVERY SINGLE level 70 instance. You have been that spec for 2 YEARS and still claim it is just too damn hard. I have been working on increasing my DPS and group effectiveness since I decided to stop playing an off-healer. When I have to drop out of form and heal because you insist on using a horribly mana and time inefficient heal, you should feel ashamed. You are a Restoration Druid. You heal with HoTs. Your greatest strength is in cast Regrowth/Rejuvination/Lifebloom, all low mana quick cast spells in tree form. It is not in staying out of tree form and casting only max rank Healing Touch. EVEN I KNOW THAT.
Excuse me while I bash my head on my desk when you wear Feral gear and then start casting Starfire. When you are supposed to be healing, but run up to hit the mob with your hammer instead.
You spend almost all day online. You complain regularly that you spend all this time helping out your fellow guildies while the CL/Officers ignore the poor lowly non-'A team'. You do all these quests, run all these instances, and respond to all these messages on the guild forum.
We are planning on implementing a new raiding rule. You must have 3 of the Heroic Keys to raid to ensure quality gear and a compatent grasp of boss stratagies.
What? You don't have even ONE Heroic Key? But you get rep for all those instances you say you help people with! You don't have such and such item/attunement? But those are quest rewards for what you say you've helped countless other guildies with! You have been told off by the forum administrators for trying to help? Maybe, just maybe it's because you lack the authority to question new applicants and you have no idea what the administration is trying to accomplish.
You joined this guild because of the family/friendly atmosphere? We are a RAIDING guild. Yes, you are friends with our members and some of our CL/Officers. Yes, we are not hardcore raiders that raid every night and have huge requirements for our members. Most of us are over 20 that have jobs, kids, and school that take up a lot of our time. We actually want to accomplish something and have fun when we play.
