Well Sis, youknow that chord progression i thought sounded like a De La Soul track? (of which will be on the upcoming Chuckles compilation)..well apparently its not originally a Dela song either. well i should have known. rappers aren't meant to write they're art is in their sampling i suppose. the sample is from a ....*cough....Steely Dan song...*cough...but i would say its safe to say De La cut out the best part. this is what oldies radio has done to my appreciation of modern music....who would have known the Eisley Bros. wrote twist and shout...
