MELBOURNE, FL -
Gil Creque, Senior VP at
GMRS, returned from a meeting today to find what scientists are calling an ancient and lost method of messaging know as writing a note. Gil was confused when he first found it since it’s a method that hasn’t been used for at least a few years. The archaic looking runes were hard to understand so Mr. Creque immediately scanned the message, taking great care to not destroy the delicate copy paper it was written on, and sent it off to the University of Florida for examination. They messaged back via email that what he had found was extremely rare along with a translation of the message. When the message was revealed to be a note from a co-worker that was written a mere 20 minutes ago he knew his employee was something special. The employee,
Joshua Maynard of Palm Bay, explained he remembered this form of messaging from his childhood and was trying to bring it back into style. Mr. Creque had every reason to be confused because it didn’t show up in his Twitter stream, his email, or even as a random comment on his blog where you would expect these types of messages to appear. Take a look at the message below along with the translation.
Archaic Message Found on Mr Creque's Desk. The message reads "Josh Out Running Errand Back in an hour Plz call cell If needed 2:18"
