As someone else said, my results are different with this one than with the other one that was floating around. On the other hand, I think this one was better designed since I had the opportunity to say what I wanted to do about whatever the problem is in addition to how important I thought it was ( Read more... )

I don't know squat about American politics, but I got the Mike Gravel guy at 86% and a few other people who have made it into the news over here who I recognise as democrats. It's interesting. If anything, I've heard the majority of good things about Hilary.

We always hear about how great America is, but then we find out that your minimum wage is unviable, there's little to no health care for the poor, and the gun laws are shit scary!

Minimum wage should bring a family up above the poverty level. You shouldn't need food stamps if you've got a fulltime minimum wage job.

We need universal health care. Period. The end.

The right to bear arms is rooted deeply in our national identity and dates back to the Revolution. It's important to recall that it's the *second* amendment to our constitution. The first ensures freedom of speech, religion and the press.

That said, yeah, we need to insert a touch of sanity into the process.
