This is *great*! A couple of pro editors/writers blogging on writing meta. We're talking nuts and bolts stuff. I'm half looking forward to and half cringing over the entry on buried dialog. Too often, readers need a pick and shovel (not to mention a metal detector, or maybe an Asgard sensor array) to find the dialog in my paragraphs. ;-) Still, improvement can only happen if I'm willing to admit that *sob* my prose isn't perfect. *sniff*
It's also available via whatzit here on LJ (I've had my head buried in the DOS layer Microsoft swears Windows doesn't have any more so don't ask me to be able to think in modern computer terms at the moment ;-) so you can read it via your flist.
