Saturday fun (part 1)

Somewhat less than a month ago, we went out to a local fetish club. We had a great time, and went on to a nearby gay club after. Both clubs are a great place to dance, flirt, laugh.. without any pressure or hassle. I guess it's something we forget, that the outside world doesn't know the our inner sanctions or our personal life. We half expect everyone to know our boundaries because we know them so well. That it becomes a shock when they are not recognised. It's amost akin to comfy clothes that we so easy to slip into, but not what we truly want to be wearing. Not our real identities just a mask for our bodies.

I think it's great that you talked it through and recognised the situation and made a choice to change it, to put on the 'clothes' that truly express who you are inside and out. That change was noted by others and they acted accordingly to it, thus making you & ruine_ feel recognised and accepted for the real you ( ... )

Oh, I wasn't clear! We found the padlock the next morning. It was just a frustrating, annoying thing to stop us getting out.. Not the real heart-break that losing that would have been.

But yes, it is only a symbol, only a sign, and we would have coped.
