Today is a 10 mile run day according to my training program.
I'm really dreading it because any run longer than 6 miles makes me feel sick after. I don't know if it's dehydration or I'm just pushing myself too much.
I'm trying something new today and had pancakes for breakfast about 3 hours ago. I'm going to take my water bottle and a bottle of Gatorade and drink every mile not just when I think I feel thirsty to see how I feel after this run.
2 months or so to go and I'm not feeling like I can do this. (sounds emo but I think I'm being realistic) I sorta wish my first marathon wasn't forced time like this. It's not that I don't think I can make it. I just don't think I can make it in the time they want.
Argh.
