So I was doing the Crossfit WOD (Workout of the Day) today, and I didn't recognize the exercise (hanging power snatch), so I looked up the video. There is this little girl (I guess kinda generic sorority looking girl) demonstrating the workout. She's doing 135, so I figure that's what I'll do. I even joked to Wendy that I was a little ashamed to be doing the same as this chick. Until I started the exercise, and realized I couldn't do the exercise as demonstrated with that weight. :::Sigh::: So I just did the power snatches instead of the hanging power snatches, and am chalking it up to never having done the exercise before, but still. :-(
