Here's what I forgot to write about last night. I attended a talk by Douglas Osheroff, who is a Stanford Faculty member and received the Nobel prize in physics for his work on supercooled helium-3. It was a really cool talk about supercooled stuff and there were some cool demonstrations with liquid nitrogen.
