School update
Phew.
I got in to see an adviser and managed to make my Spring 09 schedule.
The good news is that I may actually be able to graduate by next December like I wanted to if I perhaps take some summer classes or an 18 credit semester the following fall. We'll see. My major is nearly done, as is my upper-division credit requirement. After Spring 09 I'll only need one more general ed requirement.
It seems I probably did take a Spanish regents in HS but I don't think I got an 85 on it (I was going through a bad phase in my life at that point, my grades kinda sucked across the board.) So I do have to take a foreign language. I signed up for French...6 credits worth of French...in one semester @-@ Kill me. But it knocks the requirement out in one semester. And maybe I won't feel like a tool when I go to Montreal next.
Also, I can take classes at NCC or another college over the summer or something without asking permission, I just need to make sure with the transfer department that the credits will transfer to Stony Brook.
...Now let's hope I can pay the remainder of my bill by tomorrow so they don't put a financial hold on my account and de-register me.
