SQUUUUUUUUUUUEEEEEE~~~~<3<3<3 I love love LOVE Junjuo Romantica! I read the manga a while back, and now I've got Seasons 1 and 2 on my computer! ^_^ I freakin' love this series. It's all love-love-love with beauitful animation, fantastic soundtrack, and I absolutely ADORE the characters and the various intricacies of their the relationship. On top of that, Usagi-san is one of my favorite characters. He's a sexy BL novelist who graduated top of his class from some super-elite law school, drives a smexy red sports car, wears suits and fashionable vest-combos, and has stunning silver hair. Sound like someone you know? I think it does. :3
Anyways~<3! My heart's on fire from this anime. ^_^ There's just so much in this story that I can relate to, not just the romantic situations and feelings, that it makes me love it even more. It's so wonderfully wonderful! It makes me fan-girl so hard I'm having heart palpitations. xD It's the first anime I've stayed up all night on my computer trying to watch all the episodes. I didn't even do that with Devil May Cry! (With DMC, I streamed all the videos during the day and didn't even bother to go download them later on. >.> <.< ) I usually don't care for watching anime on the computer, but for JJR [and G Gundam in a sense; DMC, too...] I've made an exception. ^__________^
*SQQQQQUEEEELLLL* The other thing that's awesome about this anime is, I'm watching subs. While I love my G Gundam dubbed because of Mark Gatha's hot-blooded awesomeness, sometimes subs are a good thing. xD However, I must say that JunJuo Romantica is helping me pick up learning Japanese again. By hearing what they say and what it translates to on the screen, I've actually learned and refreshed my self on Japanese phrases. :3 Also, the theme song for the first season is absolutely INCREDBILE. The title for this post is the first line of lyrics from "Kimi = Hana." Here's the opening with clean animation... *has gotten used to AarinFantasy's subtitles and kareoke timing*
Anyways, I'm in the middle of Episode 1 of the Second Season of Junjou Romantica, so if you'll excuse me and my fangirly-ness, I'm gonna go get back to my obession... Oh, and as a side note -- Usagi/Misaki is my new OTP (added to the mix of Axel x Roxas and Edgeworth x Phoenix)! ^____^ <3<3
