Creativity at it's slowest
So my mind has been going overloaded right now due to so much shit going on right now I just don't want to think about what's going to happen. So of course my mind wanders to those little spots where dreams go to dwell then die. I have no where to start my projects, they're just to wide and I want it all out at once. So instead I think I'm going to be doing profiles and hope that they start as stepping stones. So here's the first one.
Moonflow:
Character profle: Matthias
Scare's brother Matthias is fairly private and somewhat condescending. He has an air of cockyness about him that puts many people off guard at fist glace. Defiant and complex, Matthias shifts between being headstrong and calculated seemingly at whim. His methods appear reckless to most, but his tactics rarely put him in a spot he can't find a way out of. His smugess has put his ego ahead of him causing him to think he's above both the law and higher powers. When you're as good as he is... can you blame him?
Fighting and abilties
He has no problem showing off, but he likes to do so while keeping his hands as clean as possible. That shouldn't be taken as he'll choose to avoid conflict, just that he prefers to do so without breaking a sweat. His strentgh comes from meele combat. Unarmed he is quicker than the average soldier, but his true strentgh comes frome his swords. He is also very competent in magic. His specialty being Space/Time, but he also enjoys using electrical techniques. He uses his space/time magic to store his weaponry in... well... space. He calls on them by bringing his hands together and ripping at space itself.
Weapons profile:
Gospel- A sword created to slay demons thousands of years ago. It was sealed away with its original owner until it was stolen 30 years ago. Matthias came across it and couldn't help but take it. Its power is dependant on the divinity/holyness of the area and/or the magnitued of evil in its victim. Being made for demons, it obviously works well on them. Being on holy ground such as a church or graveyard causes the sword to grow in power as well. It aims to purge the horrible.
Deathlok- A beam saber created in a very unusual way. A scientist was experimenting with making swords based on energy when a demon attacked the area. Wishing to test his creation he entrusted it to a competent warrior. The sword indeed caused great damage to the creature and ultimately be defeated. The hero forced the blade through the demons heart and the sword was overcome with energy. The demons soul was sucked in and rages on trapped. It's Matthias' favorite weapon. Its power is determined by the emotional status of the wielder. Its highest power is reached while in a rage, be it in anger or madness. Matthias natural aggresion is a good balance for the sword, however it's not very powerful to simply take on easy tasks. Similar to a Biorhythm system
Aside from those he also has a large broadsword which has no special qualities beyond it being a sword. He's competent with guns as well and prefers smaller handhelds over others.
