I was tired again today but I said I -HAVE- to go today. I had the car and enough free time to do it so I went and busted my ass because i had to. My arms will definately be sore but no pain no gain

25 minute eliptical ~ 2.18 miles, over 400 calories burned :D
3 sets of 20 reps of lat pull down (100/100/60 pounds)
3 sets of 20 reps at 50 pounds of seated row
3 sets of 20 reps at 65 pounds pec fly
