I would know. I've tempted a great deal of them, often successfully. What can I say? It's rather difficult for anyone to resist the muse-inspired monument to art that is this form. Even nuns.

Yes, well, with friends like that, who needs the end of this cliché?

As for me, I was, for the day, employed in an ancient and splendid profession that I'm sure you've heard of, before, and is, as I've been told, not a particularly surprising line of work for me, considering my habits and temperament. So, obviously, it’s a grand career, what with it being associated with me and all. Anyway, one of my underlings was the man who has, now, decided to, in lieu of actually joining me in the thrice-damned thing, place a trap in my bed. I, of course, being the quick and dangerously, dashingly intelligent Puck that I am, have avoided the trap completely, though, so everyone's happy.

...except the man trapped in the bed, that is. I do wonder at what his name is...
