My First Taste of Alcohol (nasty!)

[ALCOHOL:] So, at dinner tonight, I finally got my first taste of alcohol. The first thing I tried was wine (because I've been wanting to know what it tastes like for a long time). My waitress was really nice and she let me try two of the wines without having to buy anything. One of them was her recommendation (a rasiler? reesling?) and the other my friend Jessey's (Beringer's White Zinfandel). Well... I tried them both. Both of them were disgusting and even though they were supposed to be sweet, I didn't think they were sweet in even the smallest bit. In fact, Beringer's strongly reacquainted me with the memory of what it tastes like when you throw up in your mouth.

Now, by this time, I was beginning to feel a bit... off. o.O I'd only had the smallest amount of wine (not even a mouthful) and already it felt similar to how it feels when your Ambien (sleeping medicine) is beginning to kick in. I don't mean tired- I mean disconnected, off (like I could stare at a wall for hours), perhaps even a bit hazy. Have I mentioned that I hate feeling like that? o.O (Thankfully, I didn't drink enough for it to progress past this point. Sadly, I still feel like this! DX)

Next, my Grandma suggested I try having a Pina Colada because it's sweet and very different from wine. Seeing as how I adore the smell of pina coloda (my perfume and shampoo are scented like it), I decided what the hell. As it turns out, I don't like that either. o.O It has a disgusting after taste (at least wine doesn't have that!).

My conclusion? Wine = Vinegar = Gag. Pina Coloda = Shampoo = Gag. Alcohol = Disgusting!!

[LJ:] FUCK YOU, LIVEJOURNAL! Why do you always do this to me?! Why is it that whenever I finally finish typing out a journal entry and hit submit, you "time out" and make me lose my damned post (then I have to write it all over again)!? What the hell! Seriously. =/ *frustrated*
