Today, I was sorry to hear that the activist, politician, actor, writer, musician, inspiration, and badass Russell Means has died.

He was marvelous. I know he took a lot of heat for being fond of publicity but he used it to advantage. It never did any activist much good to be low-key, and Russell was far from that ;)

True! He was not perfect but he was awesome.
