Nearly there...

Firstly, allow me to express my undying love for Resident Evil 5 - I've been attached to my PS3 since it came out, and I still don't want to stop playing it. If anyone else wants to play with me, my username is (obviously) Tehnsuko and I now have a headset with which to discuss nerdery during gameplay.

One more thing I'd like to mention is that Escape Story are playing what is being hinted at as a 'huge, double room event' at the Wedgewood Rooms on April 23rd. Details are still to be announced, but as it's three days after all students get their bank accounts loaded with a couple of thousand quid, I'm pretty certain it'll be a rather large audience, of which I'd love you all to be a part. We've got a few new songs and everything! Do come along.

Anyway, it's getting to be almost that time. Most of you should by now have received Facebook invitations to my going-away shindig, which I'm looking forward to very much as it'll be fantastic to be able to see everyone again all at once without the inherent difficulty in doing so that will come with my new address. Also, Escape Story shall have their last 'loft jam' this Wednesday, and so we'll have to seek arrangements for proper (and, unfortunately, paid-for) rehearsals for the future. Bah!

I'm planning to move the majority of my stuff (by van hire) to the new house on Friday, which should leave this place rather derelict and spacious for the events of Saturday night; I'll jam all the rest of my smaller things in various cars on the 15th and bid my thus-lifelong Portsmouth residence adieu.

In other news, however, I've got various uni work to finish once I've completed the move (an essay, a research project, a portfolio and the editing of a short film), and then I'm totally free for the summer! I'm likely to be working a little more in order to cover costs, but those costs aren't actually very high and I'll hopefully then still have a fair bit of time and cash to spend on whatever jiggery pokery might be occurring throughout the coming warm months of woo.

And, though I feel as if I've not concluded this post effectively, I can't think of whatever else I might mention. Ah well!
