Customer Service is PWND!
I found out today that I got a 100% on my Secret Shopper thing! XD Take that customer service! And from what I hear they were pretty strict, too! A lot of people who work around me who always give wonderful customer service got like 68% and stuff! I win so hard. XD Apparently this means I get a pin for my lanyard from the airport and I get to go out to lunch with corporate of Hudson and then again with the airport corporate for their quarterly 'you're awesome' meal, or whatever it is XD I'm all over some free food XD
