Ouuuuuuuuuuch.
Haven't done legs in gym in probably over a month until today. I was still somehow able to put up 645 on leg presses and 340 on the squats. I tried working out on an empty stomach, friend said it gives him a boost of energy. Doesn't make sense to me , but maybe it worked, don't have anything to compare it with however.
I know I'm gonna be in a world of hurt tomorrow :-/ Yeehawwww at all the extra testosterone from starting to do the largest muscles again though = more gains elsewhere!
