The office is always bigger than the person

I've been feeling out of sorts lately. Not that this is unusual. It's something that comes and goes rather more frequently than I'd like. Certain things have been making me paranoid for lack of a better word and I hate it. Stupid insecurities.

Anyways. This weekend was BUSY. Picked up Liz on Friday night, fell asleep at an ungodly early hour (for me) and woke up around 5am. Took Liz to work, fiddled around online for a bit then took a nap. Went and picked up Liz from work, returned cans, bought tickets to take her daughter and my little sister to see Hannah Montana Best Of Both Worlds 3-D Concert Movie. Got brunch at IHOP. God, they have the best omlettes ever. Went to my dad's to borrow his car so that all four of us could fit in to go to the movie and wound up chatting with my brother for a bit. He said I can keep his copy of Final Fantasy VII, so when I return his PS2 to him, I'll get to keep that. *____* Which is good, because I still haven't played.

Picked up my little sister from my mom's house then went to Liz's. We watched episode one of the Tudors, which is really fucking good. MMMMMMM Jonathan Rhys Myers. *____* Then we went to the Hannah Montana thing. It was actually pretty fun. Seeing a concert in 3-D at a movie theater is a different experience. I really want to go see U23D, but it'll not be as fun going alone. Afterwards we ran a couple more errands then I dropped the girls off, returned my dad's car and went home to RP - which is pretty much all I did yesterday, plus write a Riku/Sora fic.

Now, the funny part. Liz's daughter was grumpy before going to the movie. And when asked if she was happy or excited, she said she was, but she did it in this tone that sounded anything but. The girls both enjoyed the movie, but then afterwards my little sister was just as grumpy as Liz's girl had been before. Liz and I teased them and I said, "If you two don't cheer up, we're going to have to start calling you Cloud and Squall." There were questions about who Cloud and Squall were, and I explained. The girls decided they wanted the new nicknames and thus Liz's daughter became known as Cloud Strife and my sister became known as Squall Leonhart. (When we got back to Liz's she even changed her name on myspace to this.) The ride home was spent with the girls calling each other Squall and Cloud. And my little sister was making plans for them for their sleepover using those names. Snippets include:

Sister: Tonight, when we go to bed, I'll say "Good night, Cloud," and you'll say "Good night, Squall." Then in the morning you'll say "Wake up, Squall." I'll reply with "I'm awake, Cloud. Good morning."

Me: So, Cloud and Squall are having a sleepover tonight?
Sister: Yup!
Me and Liz: *laughing our asses off*

Sister: I don't like seeing people, just you, Cloud.

Liz's Daughter: Whatever.
Sister: That's my word, Cloud.
Me: You can both say it. *laughs*

Liz's Daughter: Let's mosey.
Sister: Whatever.

Anyways, we laughed so much at the two of them. They honestly hhad no clue just what they were saying/doing. When I was leaving Liz's they were watching Suite Life of Zach and Cody. They were pretending to be Maddie and London. XD
