The future
Oi, worlds getting complicated, as it does when your future is pretty much hanging... I've applie for a job in Wellington, I kinda spent a weekend checking arround seeing that, I can pull it off, I've got a place to store my stuff up here.. I kinda requested a couch to crash on for a little while down there - if I get it, till I can get myself sorted. just really waiting to talk to what may be my new boss.
I know my ex-boss has given a bang up reference.. kinda unlooked for as well, serriously, I just texted her say "I saw this job, what do you think about it?" next time I see her, shes rang the guy, given an amazing reference and states simply, you ring you go straight to the interview, you should get the job, basicly, if you don't get it, it's cause he dosn't think you will gel well with the current team.. she went on to metion if she could have kept one more worker, I'd be it.. and if I don't get this job she'll keep my name on the list any vacencies in her team, she'll give me a ring.. yeap my ego was well stroked, my head should have exploded and covered the room in a sticky liquid.
So end result is I am 80% sure I will get the job.. its just a matter of hops.though of course not banking on it... would be nice however... If I do get it, I AM expecting some table top roleplaying in wellington...I'm looking at you Andy and Jarod...
Oh, yeah, movied house, living with a Solo mum with an child with autisim, and a diagnosed terminal... I've only had to go to the hospital once so far, when the solo mum had a seizure on the kitchen floor .. yeap, I live in interesting times. I am comparitively captain healthy.. I have a wonderful chest cough thing Pills are helping....
