When I started this big plan to go skydiving for my birthday, only one thing really stood in my way -- a weight restriction. So when I started trying to lose weight (and get in shape and all that other good stuff), I set four weight goals.
As of tonight, I've met Goal #1 which is to weigh-in at 229 on a Monday night ... which is down 46 from my starting weight this summer.
Mostly I'm just marking this to say I'm really proud of myself and I'm really happy to have finally reached this far. I know I've got a couple more goals to go, and they might not come as quickly, but I'm happy to be here and excited to keep going.
So, there's that.
