Dear Wendy's Management,
I have thouroughly enjoyed working at Wendy's. I joined in June 2004, and learned much about professionalism and teamwork in the three years between then and now.
This letter serves as two weeks notice of my intent to leave Wendy's. I plan on focusing on advancing at my new job at Salty's Beach House, as well as using my spare time to cultivate other personal interests.
You have treated me very well for a long time, and I hold this in esteem as an excellent first job. I would tell anyone else so. I've made lots of friends here, and I would like to keep it that way on my exit. I hope that the door might also stay open for a return, if I should ever need it.
It is very hard for me to do, this letter, but it is something I had to do eventually. Thank you for the memories.
