So, anyway. House was acquired. Needs cleaning and some repainting, but I'm willing...so much for sleep, mm?
Anyway. If anyone local wants to volunteer to do minor repairs on doors and things, or help with yard work...
I bake a mean brownie, and I'm willing to trade cooking for menial (err, I mean MANUAL) labor. ^_^
