I want to do Dragon*Con comissions again this year but after not getting paid for my work last time I'm kind of on the fence about it. Ofcourse, this time around I know to ask for the money upfront, or atleast part of it.
Telling people NOW that I will make their costumes gives me plenty of time to get them done in time plus, now that I've learned how to make foam armor I think I can do a little more. I also have PLENTY of time on my hands, the stuff to make costumes, and I've learned a couple new tricks this year.
If anyone would like to help if I need it, I wouldn't mind sharing the commission but that leads me back to the first question. Should I do commissions this year?
