Tea Chat: Perfect Girl Evolution, Dumbledore and meme
So... the fandom...no, the world, was in shock. Dumbledore. Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore was gay.
So... why those bad reactions?!
In my 7 years of fandom, I've seen minor reactions like these one. For example, I usually start the debates with my friends (because no one else wants to), so my favorite topic is Sirius/Remus fantasy or reality? You don't know, people really yelled at me... they hated it... (of course I can wait to come out with this topic again, I feel like I have Jo's blessing *__*)
So now, we have gay canon, and the reactions are...? HOMOPHOBIC!
In Harrylatino (the largest Harry Potter spanish speaking web) the people were like: "Oh, it's not real because it isn't in the books", "Jo was joking", "What about the children whom read HP?", "It's all about publicity", "Jo has let me down", "And McGonagall?" and so on, and so on. (On side note, they totally misunderstood Jo's goat joke ¬¬)
I just wonder, if Jo would have said... mmm, I don't know, a complete passage about Sirius and his romantic (heterosexual for this matter) life, they would have react this way? I don't think so...
They don't seem to remember that the great and glorious JK Rowling created Harry Potter. So, please, don't insult her in front of me, cuzz actually you are insulting yourself ò_ó

I've been reading Perfect Girl Evolution lately. If you don't know that manga, you should definitely read it! It's a bizarre combination between Ouran Koukou Host Club and... The Ringu XDDDD It's so hilarious, you are gonna love it!
Ok, here it goes: Once upon a time there was this nice rich lady who had a beautiful mansion, so she arranged that 4 boys will live in her mansion while she was traveling around the world in her love hunt. But there was a price, if the boys (we are talking of really good looking guys) wanted to have free rent, they should transform the rich lady's niece into a lady.
Ok, no problem, thought the boys, but the didn't know Sunako... Sunako, the niece, had been rejected 2 years ago, by a boy who called her ugly... She was devastated, so she lock herself in a world of horror movies and darkness.
And now, the poor Sunako has to live with these boys, these radiant beings XD And the boys have to make this "girl" into a lady... goodbye free rent ~
I juuuuust love Sunako!! I adore her!! *_______* And of the boys I love Oda! Naie is so lucky! And, well, how could I not love Yuki, neh?
The only thing I don't like is the art =/ I'm sorry, but is not the kind of art that I like in a manga... may be i'm to spoiled by CLAMP XD
