Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire is teh roxx0r. As of this writing, I've seen it twice already.

It's not quite on the level of Prisoner of Azkaban, in cinematography or in pacing, but PoA is a hard act to follow. GoF is still miles ahead of the first two movies.

The whole thing does move a bit too fast. I wouldn't say that there needed to be any more scenes, but that the scenes the movie already has needed some room to breathe. We're just introduced to Voldemort, who thankfully doesn't look ridiculous like I'd feared, when Harry is whisked from his grasp and back to the horrified crowd at Hogwarts. But other than the break-neck pacing, the movie was really good.
Good action. Good visual effects. Good use of humor. Good acting. And Clemence Poesy, who plays Fleur Delacour. Rawr.

I also noticed that this movie barely touches on the whole "OMG Ron likes Hermione" thing, and doesn't show Hermione as giving two shits about Ron. Personally, I feel this is an improvement, considering how horrible these characters are for each other. JK Rowling's insistance that Ron and Hermione are a couple is like smashing a square peg into a round hole. Yeah, if you force it hard enough it'll fit, but the results won't be pretty.
Let's hope the writers and directors keep this sensibility for when it comes time to film the romance-laden Half-Blood Prince.

Oh yeah, and Mad-Eye Moody is a bad-ass. Can't wait to see him kick some Death Eater keister in the next movie.
