I'm sick of my current body. Gonna try to make this better, hopefully by working out every day. So, I'll be posting my progress here.

10 Back Extensions
10 Pushups
10 Dips
35 Situps
50 Crunches
30 65 pound 29.5 kg Squat Cleans
2.25 mile 3.6 km run 27:40
Good:
Pace on the run. Didn't stop when my legs said no.
Bad:
Form on the squat cleans. Need to get lower.
