Week 11: Shoes.
Shoes! I love shoes. I have way too many of them. As these photos will show. (Also, this isn't every pair of shoes/boots that I own, just the ones I like the most.)
Black shoes/boots. Back row L-R: my bike boots. Once upon a time, I was passenger on a fabulous Triumph Daytona 1200CC. *misses it*. Knee high patent leather lace up heels, knee high zip up Roc boots, calf high Italian linen and leather boots with contrasting strip. Front row L-R: Mary Janes (in need of a shine, sigh), simple low heel buckle shoes and low heel dress shoes.
Multi coloured shoes/boots. Back row L-R: Zip up Doc Marten boots, my absolutely fabulous red two-in-one Italian leather boots (the black and red buckle bit over the patent leather comes off, so the boots can also be worn as red patent leather ankle boots.), 8 hole black Docs. (This is not, I add, all my pairs of Docs.) Middle row L-R: gold high heel clubbing shoes, which I don't wear any more for various reasons. But I love them too much to get rid of them. Green with grey stitching leather Italian flats, my slip on and go shoes. Front row L-R: Faux soccer boots for girls in leather from Italy. A bargain at $8, hee! And my handmade period ancient Roman sandles. Which I only include because I made them myself and they took forever to get right. Also? Hand sewing leather and sheepskin together is a bitch.
