How cold is it in my room?

So cold it took me 3 hours to get warm enough to sleep and even then I woke up twice durring the night shivering with cold despite being under:

-a 13.5 tog double duvet
-a 7.5 tog single duvet
-a fleecy T.V/lounge blanket
-my mudhens hood OVER my fleecy PJs

I am so frickin' cold!
I bet it's warmer outside
