Tokyo Game Show

I just finished Phoenix Wright episode 5 and I know my father enjoys "who done it" type of stories. So I told him about Phoenix Wright and the story and how the game operates. You know, how you have to talk with your client, interview witnesses, examine the crime scene, gather evidence, then go to trial and defend your client. Told him the stories arn't bad either, 5th episode story is pretty involved.

I really was looking to only share a common interest with my father, you know, bond affectionately. But, honestly, I'd like it if he'd say, "Wow, cool! That sounds like a lot of fun! Let me have a crack at it!" I'd love to provide to or play video games with either of my parents!

Instead, I think my father 1-up'd me... or maybe he 10,000-up'd me... I dunno i'm confused.

He asked me if Japan has any video game expo trade shows. *Face plant*

Of course, they do!! It's only a matter of which one you want to attend!

Anyway, since he wanted to know about them I told him that, TGS, Tokyo Game Show, is a very popular one, about 160,000 people attend it. And that last years TGS was where Nintendo decided to unveil the controller that Wii will use. So he could rest asured that it is a big video game expo.

You know what he said?
