Smoking under attack in baltimore again.
Yup, and it looks like it has a good chance of passing this time. Obviously business owners should not have the right to decide what goes on in their establishment. I mean really, who wants the freedom to make decisions. Obviously people have no choice but to go into places that allow smoking. It isn't like there are tons of places where people can go and enjoy a smoke free environment. It should be banned from everywhere. Let's get the ball rolling more on this banning smoking outside. Obviously littering is not the problem there. Let's ban eating and plastic while we're at it too.
