As if we don't have enough problems with the City screwing around with us, now some of the citizens are complete nutjobs and talking about aliens? Pretty much at least half the population of the City isn't human. Besides, humans are usually the one running around trying to commit genocide on each other, I don't think we need creatures from outer space to help us kill each other off.
