An interestng concept
To say the very least...
Someone recommended that I see this Live Journal web site not long ago. A good idea, they said. A great place to keep in touch with what fans of various movies are thinking and feeling about their favourite characters and actors.
All well and good, apparently…
But one thing I did *not* count on was the… sheer *depth* of some people’s depravity. Honestly! A person could quite mistake Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry as Professor Snape’s personal petting zoo!
Quite … repulsive, really. If the man had slept with as many people as it is generally assumed in the minds of these… sick… individuals, he would surely have no time to get any work done! Not to mention the fact that in many of these “fan fiction” creations, other staff or adults know about his “activities”, yet turn a blind eye!
Not bloody likely!
Not in my experience! The merest suggestion of such a thing is cause for serious consequences. *Very* serious consequences.
Still, many are at least amusing. And some quite… informative… ideas come up from time to time. (Note to self - must try that ‘two for one deal’ I read about recently some day. Could prove interesting… Should leave the name and number of a very good psychologist in the journal of some of the more fervent users.)
Must come back though, and keep looking.
One must keep in touch with one’s fan base…
