I am satisfied. Given that there was pretty much no way House and Wilson were going to actually kiss, abandoning their previous lives and riding off into the sunset together was a pretty good alternative. House faking his death made sense and was appropriately Sherlockian.
But I have never been a fan of the "House talks to his imaginary friends" formula, so most of the episode bored me. Frankly I didn't really get what his subconscious was trying to say to him, and I didn't find it interesting enough to rewatch it and figure it out.
