Fear Itself
That's really what everything going on today boils down to: fear. Fear is the very aim of the terrorists who attack us (and everyone else) -- and sadly, fear is the goal of those in power here. Keep the voters afraid and tell them it's all right, Big Daddy Bush will keep you safe. What, you don't want to vote Republican? Don't you want to be safe?
