wow. computers today. amazing.

a friend at work is into webdesign (as a side job) so i was asking him a few questions since i've been doing alot of work on my site lately. he gave me a few tips, and pointed me to dreamweaver 8.
of course, since i run fedora core linux and dreamweaver is a win/mac application i had to figure out a way to run it, so i looked into virtual machines... wow. vmware has come a LONG way. right now i have a window under this one with a full-speed windows xp home installation running in it, that's from within my linux desktop. it's awesome.
so i installed dreamweaver 8 in the windxp vm and i'm really blown away. with this, you don't need to be ANY good at making/designing/coding websites! it's nearly all point-and-click.
at any rate, kudos to whoever spearheaded these technologies/applications, because they're amazing.
