ah yes out dietary plan! It's kind of gone awful this weekend as i have had friends over (for an awesome merlin party) and we had very healthy pizza for dinner! :( i only had 3 slices though because i thought i could tell my self i was being healthy that way! Hows it been for you?
ah damn merlin for tempting us away from our diets! well it was Saturday so i think we can allow our selves one day of indulgence! plus potato isn't that!
Oh Lord, Sunday dinners! these are the best and worst meals to have! theres so much srummy food! Oh well, God wants you to pig out on Sunday, it's like in the bible or something.
I always plan to eat really slow and savour it so i get fuller quicker but then i just forget and wolf it all down in like 5 minutes.
yes tomorrow we get down and dirty with our diets! Ah, all i can really suggest is have loads of fruit and vegetable to fill you up with meals. That way you can sort of stick to your normal diet but just have everything smaller and with more healthy stuff!
ok deal, trust me, it'll be you doing the scolding! Seeing as i am socially inept for feeding myself i usually eat what is given to me or is available/ laying around our kitchen but now i'm going to seek out the better food for i cannot let u down now! the pressures on ;)
