Happy Zombie Day!!
Sorry, this was written yesterday so now it's Monday, but all of this stuff still applies:
Yes, today is the day we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Now even though he did rise from the dead and I did call this zombie day Jesus was not undead when he came back to the land of the living; he was alive, and well, and good, yeehaw. And we can again say Hallelujah church again. HALLELUJAH HALLELUJAH HALLELUJAH!!!!!! Ooooookay, I'm done. If you wish for more information on the true story of Easter (not the story about the bunny rabbit laying eggs) I don't suggest watching Mel Gibson's movie "The Passion of the Christ" that only tells you as far as 'He rises from the dead.' There IS more to the story after that. He talks with Mary Magdalene and tells her to tell his disciples to meet him in Galilee (I think that's the place). Then he had dinner with these two guys who thought he was dead and then he met his disciples and told them a bunch of great stuff, like how he'll be coming back soon....ummmmm, I guess soon has a different meaning in heaven since soon equals about/over 2000 years. Oh well. This is what's called, "The Good News".
On a different note, well, still talking about Easter but in a different sense, I am full of candy and chocolate. I feel sick, but am happy about it. It's been so long since I've had sweet food in my tummy (if you call candy food) that even if it makes me feel blechy I'm still happy. The sugar rush hasn't hit me so I have a feeling it'll kick in when I'm trying to sleep (dang it). And for family news my nephew will most likely not be baptized. Long story, don't ask. And my dad writes these short stories and submits them (along with many other people) to this writing website, and he's actually getting one printed in a magazine. It's called something like "Double Edged Sword", it's a non-profit, Christian magazine so it's not very popular, but still, my daddy's getting published!!! Me happy. Anyways, 'tis the season for it to STOP FRIGGIN' SNOWING HERE and for us to think of that weird freak of nature bunny that lays eggs. Dang that guy is a freak!
