that felt good. with roll call, and the explosion into this massive shockwave of loudness... i love. [dhruv/chris would be disappointed. et bien.]
y'know how after concerts the band will stop playing and everyone will applaud and [in my limited experience] the crowd will be immensely enthusiastic and cheering, but not even come close to filling that void of sound after the Loudness of MUSIC? pues. sabes lo que quiero decir. me encanta.
got back our first math test. rychlik endorsed my doing-hw-in-class-while-mostly-ignoring-lessons because i am destroying her class. it's just really nice to have a sort of study hall in the mornings... easier to work there than at home.
not a fan of martin, currently. apparently this "past is present" assignment, which originally seemed like the single most fundamentally worthwhile assignment i could conceive (by which i mean that it was asking me to do something which was exactly what i love about learning) turns out to be basically an exercise in restating the blatantly obvious, as far as i can see.
but lance is my favorite, because he wore gloves so that he could challenge people to duels. and mr. t is awesome. also drd.
and we rocked homecoming with a vengeance.
so i'm trying to wrap my mind around metacognitive doubt, and i receive discrete math problems to play with and offers to try to snag me a ticket to hear stephen hawking...
i'm like, "life, why do you rock?"
and life's like, "i don't know, teesa, why do you rock?"
[zander's won't be bus-ing anymore, in the near future. i will be saddened.]
(but the actual assignment for wh2 is not happy.)
