Back from the grim reaches of the dirty south.
well let me be the first to tell yall it was a long ass three months. many thanks and blessings to all those that wrote, you helped me make it thru when times were going rough.
all in all bootcamp was easy...but it was missing everyone back here that made it hurt. i dont even know how many times i got depressed while trying to remember the "good times" and not having my crew there with me. shirley i missed especially...bet that doesnt come as a srprise to most of you. im so glad she came to my graduation. having her there for the culmination of my efforts made it so much more gratifying.
ive already been caught up on most ive missed, and in just 2 days have seen 80% of the people ive wanted too. for those ive yet to see, if youre important i shall seek you out (i found dan today after all lol), but if not and you havent heard yet...i am currently the happiest man alive. me and the girl i love are finally "together" even tho its not official or anything. the thing that sucks is, i joined the marines to get away from her...funny how life works eh?
