I love award season. I'm usually pretty good at predicting oscar winners, although not typically this far away. In any case, I'm gunna give it a go just for fun. I'll try again in a month.

If not TKS, then it'll be TSN

Actor, Lead: Colin Firth, TKS
it's a lock

Actress, Lead: Natalie Portman, Black Swan
Imo, this is the hardest to predict. I'm giving Natalie the edge but it could easily go to Annette or even Nicole Kidman. I'll reaccess as we get closer.
