An exciting day!
Hey kids, I was promoted today! My manager is offering me a supervisor position, which is just one step below the assistant manager! I get the keys to the store and everything, plus I'll have to count the registers at the end of the night. Soooooo.... I'm a little hesitant to take it, because it means a lot of responsibility, and a lot more learning to do. What should I do, guys? It's a whole dollar more an hour, but that still only puts me at 8 on hour. I could easily go to a supermarket and bag groceries for 8.50, but I'd have to wait another 3 months for vacation! I have until Sunday to think about it.
Tomorrow night I'm getting together with Jamie, she leaves in a week! :( Man oh man, everybody is leaving me. Oh well, at least I won't have homework! lol But it'll be hard to say goodbye to her, she and I have been pretty damn close since 7th grade. Ugh, but Sac State ain't too far away, I'll be able to keep in touch.
