Protective!Derek + Hunters
I have a specific scene in mind that I'm dying to read in a fic and I was wondering if any of you have come across something like it.
It goes like this: Derek and his pack are being chased by Hunters, maybe Derek's already wounded. He's trying to protect the people he cares about - Stiles, his pack, maybe even a cub. The Hunters manage to corner him and Derek shields whoever he's protecting with his body, knowing there is no way out but still fighting to the last breath.
Maybe the sight of him being so desperate touches one of the Hunters (Chris Argent would be super cool) so that they let Derek escape. Or they take him in and separate him from whoever he was protecting. I'm not picky about the details.
Has anyone of you ever come across a scenario like this in a fic?
