AU sterek mate!fic
i was trying to find a new sterek fic i was reading the other day but forgot to save. it was an AU in a dystopian world where werewolves rule the world n humans are specially screened right at adolescence to see if they'd be suitable mates, after which they would be sent to special 'mate schools'. scott and stiles were going to be separated by this because somehow stiles got picked to go into mate development school which disappoints his dad, but then scott got the bite and so they got to hang out together with their new friends in mate academy: allison, lydia, jackson and isaac.
i don't really rmbr if there was erica or boyd, but laura was definitely alive. there was a lot of tension between derek and stiles because for ~some reason~ derek chooses stiles to be his mate even though stiles yells at him during their mate interview process because he's mad at the "mate system". cue lots of moments where derek uses his various parts to convince stiles.
the fic had a slow build and when i last read it there were only two chapters and was a WIP. all i rmbr was that i read it on ao3 and the writer also had a tumblr that was named 'autumn' something. i hv been looking for this on and off for like weeks and it is slowly driving me crazy AGH.
