Sterek fanfic with Stiles death

I'm trying to remember a fic I read years ago where it talk about stiles being the boy that ran with wolves? I found it through tumblr as one of the saddest sterek fic ever and boy were they right, I cried so hard. But I don't remember the name!!

He has cancer I think, or some other disease, and he's a pillar of strength to the pack, and then he dies, but it's kind of bittersweet?

I can't remember anything else, but I'd appreciate some help!
