*A/N: Please let me know if you can see this b/c I've been trying to post it all morning and it kept failing. I typed up a few pages but it wouldn't go through. So here is a little of what I've got so far. Also first time writing for this character. Nervous. Very nervous.

Chris Argent was a man of his word and when he put his mind to something he went through with it. Even if it meant putting a bullet to his best friends head, and effectively ending his life. He had looked into Jimmy's eyes and found nothing but a rabid animal. It was the same look he saw fading from the wild woman who'd came at him before he had real chance to draw his weapon.
"Chris…"
Jenner's voice sounds odd, he thinks it's because it's her first time out with a group. One whose life she just saved. There is no pulse on the wild woman or source of identify in any of her ragged pockets. She was in the same state as the ruined down house.
"Chris I really think you should see this."
The creek of the floor boards beneath his boots feel ominous. The threat is dealt with there should be no reason why he feels like something worse is coming. Their third companion is standing by the door with his own weapon trained inside of the room.
"I told you, to put that damn thing down."
Chris can feel the urgency in her tone, it doesn't help that Andrews shakes his head. His dark eyes never leaving the room.
He edges past the two and lets out a breath. The room is small, and barely has enough light but he can make out the small bodies barely moving in the corner, just behind a bassinet. It's on the tip of his tongue to tell the other two to purge the place when the shine of gold catches his eyes.
The kind of glow that he's only seen in one other person.
